Job Title:
Deal Value Creation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering post-merger integration, carve-out, and operational assessment projects. You will interact with leadership and CXOs at clients during project delivery, manage multiple stakeholders in client teams, and drive business development and practice management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business Development/Upsell: Responsible for supporting partners/directors in building the practice in the North region
  • Experience in planning and implementation of at least 2-3 integrations/separations of various front office and back office functions
  • Strong PMO skills and ability to work in a high-pressure deals environment
  • Ability to understand complex deal situations and their implications on the client's/target's business model
  • Decent knowledge of operations and processes across different functions in an organization
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Power BI
