Job Title: Reinforcement Detailer Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinforcement Detailer Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality reinforcing steel drawings.

The ideal candidate should have experience in modeling structural plans, drawings, and reinforcement, as well as proficiency in creating detailed drawings of rebar and reinforcement for construction projects.

You will work closely with engineers to resolve design issues effectively and ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating detailed drawings of rebar and reinforcement for construction projects
  • Collaborating with engineers to resolve design issues effectively
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and applicable codes
  • Calculating and estimating quantities for structural elements for each project
  • Preparing sheets, sections, and annotations for beams, slabs, columns, and walls

The successful candidate should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in modeling structures and working in BIM360 environment
  • B.Sc. / B. Tech in civil engineering or structural engineering oriented
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and drawings
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to use software and tools for rebar detailing, such as AutoCAD or Revit
  • Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to rebar detailing, such as ACI and CRSI
  • Experience with reinforcing steel fabrication, installation, and construction practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in creating rebar shop drawings
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
