Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cyber Security Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's CyberArk Privilege Cloud infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk SaaS Privilege Cloud & its component infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk PAS components:
  1. Privileged Access Suite (PAS)
  2. Secure Password Vault & Safes
  3. Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
  4. Central Policy Manager (CPM)
  5. Privilege Session Manager (PSM & PSMP)
  6. AIM/CP/CCP

Key qualifications include:

  • Expertise in onboarding privileged accounts (REST API, manual, bulk onboarding).
  • Skilled in creating and managing safes, accounts, and platforms.
  • Experience in password management (verification, rotation, reconciliation) and compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for PAM services, connectivity, load balancing, and integration issues.
  • Solid understanding of LDAP, AD Federation, and integrations with external services (LDAP/S, RADIUS).
  • Experience with Linux (RHEL 7/8), Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), networking, firewall, routing, and databases.
  • Knowledge of CyberArk disaster recovery, failover, failback, and Vault data backup.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain CyberArk Privilege Cloud & On-prem PAS components.
  • Onboard accounts securely and automate via REST API where possible.
  • Manage privileged access sessions using PSM & PSMP.
  • Perform health checks on CyberArk infrastructure and monitor all components.
  • Develop and maintain master policies, compliance reports, and user activity audits.
  • Troubleshoot session issues, connectivity, and configuration errors.
  • Perform patching and upgrades on CyberArk components including Vaults.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, changes, and service requests.
  • Engage in change management processes (CAB participation, delivery planning, communication).
  • Ensure KPI compliance and follow escalation procedures during outages or major incidents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for incident resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to automation, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.
Good To Have
  • CyberArk certifications: Defender, Sentry, or CPC-PAM.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell & Python scripting for automation.
  • Familiarity with PAS Reporter and Telemetry.
  • Experience with application deployments via CyberArk.
  • Exposure to IAM and GRC frameworks.
