Electrical Systems Design Lead

This role presents an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging position as a Lead Engineer in electrical systems design. Our team is seeking an experienced professional who can lead the design and implementation of complex electrical systems for various applications.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation design, with expertise in designing and arranging electrical systems for Compressors and Gas/Steam Turbine applications. They will be responsible for integrating cost-effective solutions into their designs, ensuring compliance with international design standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Execute designs on assigned projects, adhering to established engineering principles and company standards.
- Instrumentation Selection: Select and size instrumentation for industrial applications, taking into account factors such as reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership on assigned projects, collaborating closely with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that meet customer contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in Instrumentation Control or Electronics Instrumentation (B.E/BTech or M.E/MTech).
- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering position focused on instrumentation design, including a minimum of 1 year in rotating equipment design.
- Proficiency in instrumentation design and related development tools, along with knowledge of industry codes and standards.

Desired Characteristics:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (NX), electrical installation, and cable routing.
- Experience with AVEVA and AUTOCAD.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
