We are seeking a UI/UX Design Intern who is enthusiastic about creating seamless and impactful digital experiences. The role involves working closely with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to support the design and development of features across web and mobile platforms.

Crafting user-centric experiences for diverse digital investment platforms, we strive to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings.
  • Presents design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Contribute to visual design and micro-interaction elements to enhance user experience.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Presents portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable).
Preferred Skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools.
  • Interest in fintech or financial products.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset.

This internship provides an opportunity to design for a multi-platform ecosystem including web, mobile apps, and trading terminals. Contribute to digital experiences used by over 1.2 million users. Participate in designing over 50 investment journeys across various financial products such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, AIFs, and FDs. Real-world exposure to solving UX challenges like user adoption, conversion, and retention. Mentorship from senior designers and product leaders. Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
