Program Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Program Consultant to join our team. As a Program Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads via phone and email to discuss how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

You will advise career changers on how our world-class education from top universities can help launch them into a high-growth career.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Providing in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guiding learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhering to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.
  • Providing feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong phone presence.
  • The ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • A growth mindset and the ability to implement feedback.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process that require follow-up.
  • The ability to work remotely and hit metrics without being micromanaged.
