Job Overview

Our organization is looking for a skilled C++ Backend Developer to join our team. This role involves further developing and maintaining our C++ based software backend, focusing on high-quality development and transforming industrial customers' use cases into solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain server-based applications for enterprise environments;
  • Develop and optimize software components using C++ programming language;
  • Collaborate with the innovation team to develop well-founded and exciting test and development tools for the processes and challenges of development support;
  • Integrate software components with update and configuration management tools;
  • Continuously optimize software performance and quality;
  • Mentor and guide young colleagues in their professional development;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing server-based applications for enterprise environments;
  • Strong understanding of C++ programming language and its applications;
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
