Solution Architect

**(Location: India/Remote)**

**YOUR ROLE**Solution Architecture**:Design and architect AI/ML-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness.
- **AI/ML Strategy**: Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap, working closely with product and engineering teams to align with overall business objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- **Innovation**: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends and technologies, continually integrating the latest advancements into solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- **End-to-End Execution**: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the solution from ideation and design to implementation and production.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the technical quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Experience**: At least 10 years of experience in software development with relevant experience in AI/ML architecture, design, and development, with a strong background in delivering scalable AI solutions.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in programming languages, preferably Python.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying chatbots/ conversational agents using NLP techniques and frameworks such as Rasa, DialogFlow, or similar platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT models, and similar architectures.
- Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques including time series forecasting, regression, classification, and anomaly detection.
- Experience with advanced AI techniques like reinforcement learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- ** Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive for optimization and results.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document processes and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Professional certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
