Marketing Performance Lead

This is a critical position responsible for leading end-to-end reporting and analytics for global marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic recommendations based on forecasting of marketing results, ensuring optimal return on investment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive reports detailing marketing campaign performance, including lead generation and pipeline contributions.
- Oversee strategic insight and forecasting for marketing results, setting and monitoring performance targets.
- Promote data-driven decision making by ensuring accurate tracking and integrity of marketing data using tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Power BI.
- Proven experience in managing complex data sets and creating actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate results to senior leadership.
