Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this critical role.

  • This position requires hands-on experience in statistical programming and project management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CDISC and SAS, as well as strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
  • Act as subject matter expert for large-scale complex projects.
  • Solve critical technical problems.
Statistical Programming
  • Review Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
  • E nsure excellence and high quality in the programming of analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
Mentorship and Training
  • Support mentorship and training of junior team members.
Quality Assurance
  • E nsure all statistical activities align with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and international/local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAS and CDISC for programming, as well as project management skills.
  • Experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, and neurology would be beneficial.
  • The candidate should be technically sound and have hands-on experience in Statistical Programming.

Core Strength:

  • Responsible for code reviews and ensuring quality checks on deliverables.
  • Issues regarding timelines, deliverables, and quality are addressed directly, and the key communicator in resolving problems at a team level.
