Lead Statistician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to join our team. This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in statistical analysis, biostatistics, and clinical research.

This role involves providing statistical guidance and support to research studies, developing study analysis plans, and ensuring the scientific integrity of projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have strong programming skills in SAS and/or R.

• Provide statistical guidance and support to research studies.
• Develop study analysis plans and ensure the scientific integrity of projects.
• Supervise and direct the work of biostatisticians, associate biostatisticians, and SAS programmers.
• Stay up-to-date with current statistical and medical literature to ensure sound methodologies are adopted.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in biostatistics or a related field (MS) or 1 year of experience with PhD is expected but not required.
• Experience with methodological statistical research, including publication and/or presentation of work in statistical methods development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with statistical methods and applications in clinical research.
• Strong programming skills in SAS and/or R.
• Expertise in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical methodology.
