  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Research & Donor Intelligence
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of key donors, including high net worth individuals (HNIs), corporate social responsibility (CSR) entities, and institutions.
    • Research and map new prospects, preparing concise donor and prospect briefs for leadership and development board meetings.
    • Support development board members with background notes and prospect tracking.
  • Proposal & Communication Development
    • Draft proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with our organisational initiatives.
    • Ensure proposal/report templates are current and standardised across all initiatives.
    • Contribute to donor newsletters, mailers, and impact communications.
  • Systems Support & Stewardship
    • Maintain a grant calendar and submission tracker.
    • Ensure all donor/board interactions are logged in our CRM system within 48 hours.
    • Lead the design and delivery of donor salons and stewardship events, working closely with operations staff for logistics.
    • Prepare dashboards and internal reports on fundraising activity.
