OT Control Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced OT Control Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • Testing and Validation: Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects and offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC Allen Bradley, SCADA Wonderware/Invensys, PLC languages (Ladder logic, FBD, STL, structured text), Communication Protocol (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCPIP, and EthernetIP), OPC Kepware Configuration, and Knowledge on Database VBScripting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in PLC Allen Bradley
  • Experience with SCADA platforms
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages
  • Understanding of communication protocols
  • Experience with OPC Kepware configuration
  • Knowledge of database scripting
