**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Category Strategist to manage our online courses and drive their growth through strategic planning and execution on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility and engagement of assigned course categories.
  • Ensure that course content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date by collaborating with authors, publishers, and content creators.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor strategies, and student needs to inform category goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to achieve category objectives.
  • Utilize digital platforms like YouTube and social media to promote courses and reach a wider audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as student engagement and sales to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in education, content management, or EdTech is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions based on data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Sheets, and other digital tools.
