Backend Engineer - AI Innovator

We are revolutionizing our technology ecosystem by integrating Large Language Model (LLM) intelligence and seeking a skilled Python Backend Engineer with expertise in building Agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, and context-aware Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to help shape the next generation of intelligent, secure, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong backend development experience using Python frameworks including NLTK, Spacy, FastAPI, Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, and Pandas.
  • Design and implement REST API development, backend microservices, and production-ready codebases.
  • Work with SQL and understand data modeling across both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL systems.
  • Write unit tests, debug, document, and collaborate through code reviews.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with software patterns for high-performance, scalable AI services.

Specialization in GenAI, LLMs & Agentic Systems:

Practical experience with LLM ecosystems and frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agnos, AutoGPT, or Semantic Kernel is highly valued.

Experience building RAG pipelines with Vector stores (e.g., Chroma, Qdrant, Pinecone), Embedding models, chunking, and token window optimization is essential.

Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or other advanced context injection strategies is required.

Integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, Hugging Face, etc. is also expected.

Writing or using custom tools, memory components, or agent planners is necessary.

Designing multi-agent architectures or orchestrated workflows is desired.

Working with prompt engineering, tool calling, and external APIs is also required.
