Lead AI Product Manager

A high-level position to lead and shape the future of our AI-powered products.

  1. Job Description:
  2. We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering AI-powered features that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  3. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  4. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
  5. Key Responsibilities:
  6. Define and deliver AI-powered features that drive next-generation customer engagement
  7. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership
  8. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritizing features and functionalities in collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market (GTM) teams
  9. Foster strong relationships with customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes
  10. Embrace a hands-on approach, capable of navigating from high-level strategic vision to detailed execution
  11. Chart the product's lifecycle, ensuring a strategic roadmap from ideation to market launch
  12. Requirements:
  13. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
  14. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users
  15. Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms
  16. Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains)
  17. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action
  18. Experience in managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing to validate product directions
  19. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment
