Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves evangelizing KCS methodology and maintaining a knowledge base for a growing team of 1000+ Global support members.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and coaching abilities, with a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and strategies to enhance search results.

  • Provide coaching to the entire Support colleagues as part of the KCS program, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.
  • Collaborate with technical documentation teams to ensure article content aligns with training materials and is accurate.
  • Perform quality audits, run calibration exercises, and conduct in-depth trend analysis to identify gaps or necessary updates.
  • Own and delegate knowledge management projects, supporting, maintaining, and configuring the Knowledge Management System to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support launches and assist other teams in developing Knowledge Management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Article Creation, Editing, and Publishing: Ensure knowledge articles remain up-to-date, valid, and relevant by creating, editing, and publishing high-quality content.
  • Feedback Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback and act on it to continuously improve the knowledge base, identifying areas for growth and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Project Ownership and Delegation: Own knowledge management projects, delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication among teams, ensuring seamless workflow and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent writing, coaching, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, Knowledge Base software, CRMs, and authoring tools like Captivate, iSpring, and Articulate.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies and techniques to enhance search results.
  • Agility in adjusting to new projects and processes, working autonomously, and making decisions aligned with team objectives and vision.
  • Program management skills, including risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Knowledge of Juniper products and technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the source of truth for the Knowledge Centered Service program, providing coaching and guidance to Support colleagues.
  • Support the development of knowledge articles, collaborating with technical documentation teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
