Job Title: Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer

Overview:

  • Design, implement and maintain the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design engineering functions: Work with suppliers to establish standards and blueprints. Ensure new functionality aligns with standards.
  2. Operations and maintenance: Manage operational run, enhancements and platform changes. Support incident management.
  3. Supplier management: Monitor and manage supplier delivery to meet contractual obligations.
  4. Internal IT stakeholder engagement: Support integrations, governance processes and architecture/design.
  5. Stakeholder engagement: Share knowledge and best practices with stakeholders and serve as a technical escalation resource.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.

Skills:

  • Genesys Cloud tools including Architect, Agent Scripter and CLI.
  • JSON, RegEx and restful API/web services experience.
  • Designing, creating and managing table-driven and dynamic workflows.
