Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of innovative, sustainable packaging solutions for new products. This role is pivotal in bridging design, engineering, marketing and supply chain to deliver packaging that enhances product appeal, protects integrity and aligns with brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead packaging development from concept to commercialization for all new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Design, Procurement, Manufacturing) to define packaging requirements.
  • Translate product briefs into packaging strategies that meet functional, aesthetic and regulatory needs.
Innovation & Design:
  • Drive innovation in materials, formats and technologies to improve sustainability, user experience and shelf impact.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging packaging trends and technologies.
  • Oversee prototyping, testing and validation of new packaging designs.
Project Management:
  • Manage timelines, budgets and resources for packaging development projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation and specifications for all packaging components.
Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure packaging meets all regulatory, safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and quality checks during development and production phases.
  • Support audits and certifications related to packaging processes.
Sustainability & Cost Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact through material selection and design.
  • Optimize packaging for logistics, storage and cost efficiency without compromising quality.
