Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Manager Project Finance to lead the financing strategy for solar projects, liaise with banks and financial institutions, and ensure timely financial closure to support business growth.
This role offers exposure to large-scale solar projects and innovative financing structures in a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.
- Lead project financing activities for solar projects (Open Access, Rooftop, and Utility-scale).
- Build and evaluate detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
- Manage end-to-end debt raising process – from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
- Liaise with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
- Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent with strong financial background.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
