Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate our ERP projects offshore. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool. Prior experience in managing Kronos projects will be a strong advantage.

  • Act as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices.
  • Manage Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable).
  • Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate ERP projects offshore, manage project lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive sprint planning, track project progress, ensure proper documentation, identify process improvements, manage Kronos implementation, and report on team velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
