Quality Assurance Specialist

Conduct quality assurance audits of patient accounts referred to Revenue Cycle Managed Services and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality assurance reviews, identify problems and suggest recommendations for improvement
  • Provide constructive feedback based on account notation and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify areas of weakness and communicate recommendations to Continuous Improvement Specialists

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in medical collections, billing, and/or claims processing as well as customer service expertise and knowledge of government and non-government payers.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to document problems and assist in their resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed all established department client quality and productivity standards
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to foster mentoring relationships and lead by example
