Ensuring the financial integrity of our organization is a top priority. We seek an accomplished Financial Operations Manager to oversee and execute our end-to-end financial strategies, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining precise accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks, maintaining a general ledger, balance statements, and profit & loss accounts.
  • Prepare accurate bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management reports, and process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile financial statements.
  • Raise timely invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for clearance, maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers, collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
  • Ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time, identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.
