Strategic Control Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our control validation team. As a Strategic Control Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the quality of key control activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement validation activities for issues, remediations, and first-line control testing.
- Ensure that the team's overall strategy is in alignment with firm-wide and Enterprise Risk strategy.
- Coach and develop members of the validation team to ensure they operate at a high level of quality.
- Establish proper reporting to support oversight and governance.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 14+ years of experience in audit, control testing, or risk management in a highly regulated industry.
- 7+ years of leadership experience.
