About this Role:

MoEngage is a global consumer brand insights-led customer engagement platform trusted by 1,350+ brands.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our campaigns team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing high-performance solutions to deliver personalized and context-based notifications across various channels to increase customer retention and LTV. You will also design and build features to provide a customized experience for end-users allowing them to have a more personalized experience at scale. This role involves owning systems and developing features from inception to deployment with utmost importance on reliability.

Key Responsibilities include Establishing TPM function and standards, driving various initiatives for the Campaigns team, diving deep into technical architectures and requirements, communicating in the language of micro services and APIs, building and managing large cross-team plans, stakeholder management and reporting, and taking part in software development life cycle with Agile methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
  • 6+ years of Software Development experience
  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams with prior experience as TPM


You should possess proven experience in software development and distributed systems, managing high performing engineering teams, cloud computing infrastructures like GCP/AWS/ Azure, Mobile app development, and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
