Software Engineer Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Implement solutions using Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Participate in requirement design and specification reviews.
  • Perform manual and automation testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST API, HTTP, SQL, and databases.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language from our supported stack (TypeScript, Node, React, Java, Python, .NET).
  • Familiarity with modern product development practices (Agile, Scrum, test-driven development, UX, design thinking).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, infrastructure as code, observability, continuous integration and continuous deployment - CI/CD).
Preferred Skills
  • Cloud-native certification (AWS)
  • Product and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to autonomously implement given tasks, including producing and deploying pieces of code
