About the Role:

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth within your designated territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our healthtech solutions and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or a Master's/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field from premier institutions.
  • 28 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SAAS, or technology sectors.
  • Expertise in field sales, successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
