The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cultivating a culture of academic rigor and innovation, promoting collaboration among faculty members, and fostering a student-centric learning environment;
- Providing strategic leadership in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry standards;
- Mentoring and developing faculty members, enhancing their teaching effectiveness, and promoting professional growth;
- Serving as a key liaison between the Faculty and other university departments, facilitating communication, and resolving issues efficiently;
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement engaging academic programs, workshops, and conferences that advance knowledge and best practices in education;
- Evaluating and improving academic processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring they are student-centered, efficient, and effective;
