Lead Strategist Role

  • Content Creation & Delivery
    • Develop content management frameworks and create high-quality thought leadership materials.
    • Distribute content through various channels to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
    • Develop stakeholder governance frameworks and effectively engage with subject matter experts.
    • Transform complex information into consumable content for diverse audiences.
  • Event Planning & Market Mapping
    • Develop strategic plans for industry events and map client events against market needs.
  • OKR & Budget Management
    • Drive OKR creation and ensure consistent cascading throughout the organization.
QualificationsCore Requirements
  • At least 12 years of strategy development and execution experience at top-tier consulting firms or equivalent roles.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) from a top-tier institution with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep experience in financial services, preferably payments industry.

  • Proven ability to drive implementation without supervision and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic initiatives from conception to completion in fast-paced environments.
