**Job Title: Coupa Implementation Specialist**

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa implementation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Coupa and its various modules, as well as experience with configuration, enhancement, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound knowledge of Coupa modules and implementation/rollout experience.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring different Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, and expenses.
  • Experience with Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue fixing within the system.
  • Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Experience with Coupa release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Working with various integration partners and 3rd-party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • Collaboration with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Creating functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Sound business knowledge in the procurement area and providing standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
  • Solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd-party applications.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
