Job Title: Center Manager-Learning Center


About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets. They must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team sales performance and provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the sales process to identify areas for enhancement and implement streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Customer Relationships: Oversee the management of customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Conversion: Maximize the conversion of leads to enrollments.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.
  • Content Development: Understand the content development process and work with educational content across all levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders to drive learner outcomes and referrals.
  • Franchise Partnerships: Develop strategies closely with franchisees and instructors to drive learner outcomes and referrals.
