Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret complex macroeconomic and geopolitical data, geo-strategic plans, funding data, and donor dynamics.
  • Work in multi-stakeholder environments and complex consulting projects with global exposure.
  • Develop strong customer-facing capabilities, client relationships, and deliver high-quality consulting engagements.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in analyzing macroeconomic and geopolitical data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a commitment to quality client services.
  • Self-starting, high-performance achiever with experience leading project tasks and delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Passionate about working in diverse consulting firms and communicating complex ideas clearly at an executive level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with attentive and active listening abilities.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or Social Sciences.
