Executive Leader - Software Implementation\We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to drive the successful implementation of software solutions for enterprise clients.\The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience leading cross-functional teams.\This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.\Responsibilities:\

  • Lead and manage end-to-end solution delivery from requirement scoping to go-live\
  • Develop and execute delivery strategies to meet business objectives\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to unlock growth opportunities\
  • Manage project success metrics, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client satisfaction\
  • Act as the escalation point for customers and build strong partnerships\
  • Continuously improve service quality, delivery processes, and operational efficiency\
  • Manage departmental resources, budget, and profitability\
  • Track KPIs and report on delivery performance to senior leadership\
  • Maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards\
  • Select, train, and develop team members\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure exceptional client experience\
  • Implement process improvements and best practices\
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely manner\

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\
    • 16+ years of experience in services delivery, product implementation, or project management\
    • Proven experience leading large-scale software product implementations from scratch\
    • Strong technical understanding of custom projects and enterprise IT environments\
    • Expertise in managing enterprise clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams\
    • Skilled in project management tools, delivery frameworks, and team mentoring\
