Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 9 to 11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
About the Role

This role involves identifying hardware and software requirements related to product implementation, staying updated with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure, and designing highly available product deployment architectures.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Designing network security as per customer requirements
  2. Deploying hardware, software, and application monitoring tools
  3. Providing technical reviews of user documentation and product requirements documents
  4. Assisting with knowledge-sharing initiatives and product release training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computers (BE)
  • MCA qualification
  • Experience in working with software and hardware infrastructure
  • Ability to travel for onsite locations within India and internationally
