Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity and design team.

This role requires a key member of our creative team who will be responsible for creating designs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Design Leadership: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, with bonus points if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Brand Identity: Ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Content Creation: Skill in leading the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with product and marketing teams.
  • Innovation: Capacity to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentorship: Willingness to mentor junior designers and freelancers.
  • Industry Trends: Knowledge of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Requirements include 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, along with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Leading the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Working with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Translating consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentoring junior designers and freelancers.
