As our Visual Experience Designer & Storyteller, you will craft the visual identity and storytelling voice seen by thousands across various platforms. This role offers ownership where you will shape our brand's look, tone, and engagement strategy.

  • Develop Fluencity's visual language, including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX.
  • Lead the creation of content for Instagram, Twitter, including reels, carousels, infographics, case studies, and videos.
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that enhance brand resonance and community growth worldwide.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva to create and iterate faster.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement.
  • Possess fluency in creator culture as an added bonus.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus).
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing.
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics.
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge creativity.
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design.
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus.
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Existing or aspiring personal brand or social presence.
