We are seeking an experienced academic professional in Business Analytics to join our esteemed faculty. As a vital member of the School of Commerce and Management Studies, you will contribute to the development and delivery of cutting-edge academic programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing curriculum and course content using modern tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.). They will also conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and supervise student projects involving real-world data problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in areas such as Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, AI in Business, Data Visualization, and related subjects.
  • Design and implement innovative curriculum and course content that aligns with industry needs.
  • Conduct impactful research and publications in reputable academic journals.
  • Supervise student projects, internships, and capstone assignments that focus on solving real-world business problems.
  • Develop and integrate AI and analytics applications into business problem-solving scenarios.
  • Support departmental initiatives in curriculum innovation, academic events, and industry collaboration.
  • Participate in faculty development programs, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or Management with a specialization in Analytics/AI is mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in teaching, research, or industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, AI applications, or big data technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages/tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
