IdentityIQ Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IdentityIQ consultant to manage our SailPoint identity management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IdentityIQ development and operations, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Develop, modify, and maintain IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with level 3 teams for complex problem resolution and escalations.
• Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure secure identity management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IdentityIQ development and operations.
• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and IdentityIQ APIs to design and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices to ensure secure identity management.
