We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions.

As a key member of our offshore team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective Workday configurations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
