Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Development Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project developments, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and quality parameters.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  5. Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical industry.
  3. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Desired Skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • B.Tech in Mechanical and MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Experience handling overseas projects and clients.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects and drawings.
  • Work experience in Air pollution control project a plus.
  • Bag Filters/ESP knowledge a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, French or German considered a plus.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively domestic and international.
