Your role will sit at the intersection of product strategy and entrepreneurial exploration—with the freedom to move quickly and the responsibility to prioritize ruthlessly.
- Build and lead a small, high-caliber innovation team focused on early-stage prototyping, user testing, and validation.
- Work cross-functionally to test ideas and deliver working prototypes within weeks.
- Define the review, success, and transfer criteria for experiments; ensure learnings are documented and decisions are data-driven.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure efforts align with Branch's long-term mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for innovation and growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Make informed decisions based on data analysis and experimentation results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship and/or innovation leadership, preferably with experience building 0→1 products in startup or venture environments.
- Experience working on consumer-facing products is essential. Prior experience with financial services is beneficial.
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and lean product development.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers and data scientists.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
- Ability to inspire without micromanaging.
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude.
