We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the role of Tower Designer. The successful candidate will join our team in Kozhikode and work on designing, estimating, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects.

  • Develop detailed designs, structural analysis, and calculations for transmission lines and telecom towers.
  • Create bills of quantities, bill of materials, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical and commercial proposals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Analyze loads, develop prototypes, and optimize tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead estimation processes for domestic and international transmission and substation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD) and ERP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards.
  • Experience in global tendering and estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
