Job Overview

Sought-after professionals with expertise in developing network solutions utilizing DDI protocols are invited to apply for this key role. The successful candidate will be part of the Network Reliability Engineering (NRE) project engineering team, driving adoption of NRE practices and operating models across all network product towers globally.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building solid foundations of DDI services hosted across various platforms and highly available across global locations. They must also possess a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Goals:
    • Deliver timely reports ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Promote the accurate documentation of project progress.
    • Collaborate with other teams regarding projects.
  • Demonstrating Discipline Knowledge:
    • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to job duties.
    • Utilize computers and computer systems to enter data and process information.
  • Meeting Key Stakeholder Needs:
    • Understand and address key stakeholder needs.
    • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize work.
    • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to support business strategies.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline.
  • 6+ years' experience in developing network solutions using DDI expertise.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting DDI appliance technologies.
  • Experience in configuring SaaS based DDI solutions from AWS, Azure, and other cloud providers.
  • Experience in implementing DNS security policies and DNS resolution policies.
  • Experience in managing DHCP scopes and options across multiple environments.
  • Experience in auditing, designing, and implementing efficient IP address management techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in resolving complex networking issues related to DDI protocols.
  • Experience in designing and implementing NTP solutions for data centers and Cloud service providers.
  • Field experience and knowledge of foundational data networking and IP technologies.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science or MBA, preferably with a focus on technology.
  • Experience with managing DDI tools in a hospitality industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills working independently and through leading outcomes for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of driving transformation in network technologies, tools, and processes.
