About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Approvals and Coordination activities with various government bodies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate approvals with departments such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant government bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.
Key Requirements

We require a proven expert in dealing with PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other statutory bodies.

Candidates must possess strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.

Prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals is preferred.
