Product Ownership Role

This is a 3-month contract role with potential extension, requiring immediate start. The role demands strong expertise in API-driven product delivery and igaming industry knowledge.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal squads, external partners, compliance teams, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of a robust B2B API meeting both technical and regulatory requirements outlined in the Group Requirements specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery of the B2B API integration, defining and validating API requirements in line with Group specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed API use cases, flows, and acceptance criteria ensuring smooth partner integration.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Drive delivery plan across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with project milestones and communicating progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Act as key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring requirements are captured, tracked, and delivered.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:

  • Ensure API integration complies with market-specific regulations and igaming standards, maintaining up-to-date awareness of relevant gaming regulations across target markets.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance to validate requirements and mitigate risks.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and of high quality, balancing technical detail with commercial priorities and proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Support post-delivery validation, partner onboarding, and operational readiness.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager or Technical Consultant delivering large-scale API or B2B platform projects.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration flows, and API documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in igaming or closely related regulated industries, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous hands-on experience delivering casino gaming integrations.
  • Knowledge of market compliance requirements (e.g., UKGC, MGA, Ontario, ANZ).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and API monitoring frameworks.
