We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk in Bangalore. This is a key position that will be responsible for the review of pay registers and maintaining Payroll master templates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor of Commerce with 5 to 6 years of experience in Payroll Accounting Process. They should also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of accounting concepts.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and posting Payroll journals in SAP
  • Reviewing Payroll Accruals and Postings
  • Raising cross-charge expenses and supporting affiliates and customer queries
  • Conducting month-end reporting and performing minimum controls
  • Driving automation and digitalisation within payroll processes
  • Ensuring payroll account clearing and meeting all defined KPIs
