Lead Group Insurance Product Implementation Specialist

This role involves end-to-end implementation of group insurance products, including lead generation, product design, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive group insurance strategies to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to team members to ensure scalable implementations and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures throughout the implementation process.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in group insurance product implementation, configuration, or solution delivery.
  • Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is mandatory and non-negotiable.
  • Strong exposure to B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts, as well as a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
  • PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe Product Owner/Manager certification preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, VBA/Macro scripting; working knowledge of Python scripting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Health domain, insurance plan design, enrolment workflows, and data exchange models.
  • Familiarity with SSO, API integrations, and SFTP-based data exchange.
  • Experience defining and executing QA/testing processes for insurance systems.
