Optimize Software Performance Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that software solutions meet desired performance standards under specified user loads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements
  • Derive NFR based stats on discussion with Business & Architects
  • Knowledge on scenario creation for basic & advance types of performance tests
  • Extensive knowledge with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , to conduct performance testing
  • Experience in monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools
  • Working knowledge on tools like Postman for API & understand end points /payloads etc
  • Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports
  • Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions
  • Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
  • Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning
  • Experience in Banking domain
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics

This is a hybrid role requiring 7+ years of experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as very good written and oral communication skills.
