Job Title: Software Development Expert

Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of software development principles and practices, as well as strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using various programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, estimate effort, and develop project plans.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of experience in a leadership or senior developer role.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Understanding of RESTful API principles and design best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Additional certifications in software development methodologies, cloud computing, or other related areas.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
