Business Solution Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing client requirements, analyzing them, documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and training customers for the business solution.

This position requires a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, good verbal and written communication skills, and a quick learner with high energy to work in a fast-paced organization.

  • Help analyze client data for data loading and verify application functionality
  • Capture and understand Client Requirements and map to product solution
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries
  • Take client calls on issues and inquiries and navigate to closure
  • Test the system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Logical and analytical mind
  • Quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to articulate in precise and accurate manner
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • Experience in software product implementation
